How to Setup Email Account on iPhone or iPad

To add you email account to your iPhone or iPad follow the steps below:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, select the Settings icon.
2. Select Passwords & Accounts.
3. Select Add Account.
4. On the list of options provided select Other.
5. Select Add Mail Account.
6. Complete the Name, Email, Password and Description fields with your details:
   • Name: First Name Last Name
   • Email: email.address@yourdomain.com
   • Password: Email account password
   • Description: Name it anything you wish
7. Click Next.
8. Ensure IMAP is selected.
9. Enter your incoming mail server information:
   • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
   • Username: email.address@yourdomain.com
   • Password: Email account password
10. Enter your outgoing mail server information:
    • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
    • Username: email.address@yourdomain.com
    • Password: Email account password
11. Click Next.
12. Once your account settings have been verified click Save.
13. Your iPhone or iPad is now setup.
