This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of Altokom’s Services and is incorporated by reference in our Terms of Service. Use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in service suspension or termination.
Altokom reserves the right to revise this AUP at any time and such modification shall become immediately effective upon posting the modified AUP or by notification to you of the modified AUP.
Prohibited Uses
- Illegal use. Altokom’s Services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities.
- Sending Unsolicited Bulk Email (‘UBE’, ‘spam’). The use of Altokom’s Services to transmit any form of unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial email is prohibited.
- No Unauthorized System Access or Network Abuse – You may not use the Services to gain access into any network or system without permission.
- Content. We do not allow hosting, linking or distribution of the following: copyrighted material, viruses, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, unlicensed software or files, adult content, sites that include or promote gambling, prostitution, pornography, illegal drug dealing in any form or material protected by trade secret and other statue.
Client Responsibility for Client’s Users
Each client is responsible for the activities of its users and, by use of the Services , is agreeing to ensure that its customers/representatives or end-users abide by this AUP.
Disclaimer
Altokom is under no duty to monitor clients’ activities and disclaims any responsibility for any client’s misuse of the Services.
