You can whitelist an email address or domain by adding them to your Trusted Senders list. This feature is useful when legitimate emails are continually being marked as spam. Trusted Senders will be exempt from spam filtering rules and their emails delivered to your inbox.
To whitelist an email address or domain, follow these steps:
- Log in to webmail e.g. https://webmail.yourdomain.com.
- On the top menu bar, click More to expand the drop-down menu, then click Settings.
- On the left bar, click Spam Filtering (1).
- Click Trusted Domains or Trusted Email Addresses (2), depending on what you want to whitelist.
- Enter the domains or email addresses, one per line, in the text box. Then click Save.
- Click Save at the top of the content pane.
Note:
Trusted senders are still subject to SPF and DKIM verification checks. If an email message fails either of these check, it will be placed in your Junk Email folder.
